Начался прием 4-го целевого взноса. Просьба внести взнос до 15 июня.

От наших действий зависит судьба нашего дома! Давайте доведем это дело до конца и счастливые заедем в наш дом.

P.S. На данный момент деньги вносят 150 инвесторов, 10 инвесторов в процессе реализации квартир, соответственно новые владельцы тоже внесут взносы, т.к. я уверен, что они оговаривают этот момент в процессе продажи. Остальных не могут найти, но работа по этому поводу ведется. Так же есть еще несколько человек, которые до сих пор не внесли ни одного взноса.

Добрый день.

Если вас не устраивает планировка квартир, и вы предполагаете, что будете перепланировывать свою квартиру, то необходимо подьехать в офис ТСЖ и написать заявление до 15 мая. Это необходимо для того чтоб вашу новую планировку квартиры включили в проект.

Кто не напишет заявление и в дальнейшем будет заниматься перепланировкой квартиры, то переоформление и утверждение плана квартиры будет заниматься самостоятельно в обычном порядке.

Регистрация участников начинается с 18-00. Собрание начинается в 18-30.
